It doesn't hurt them at all. Not all of them do squeal like this all the time -- my Japanese wife was relatively quiet until probably the last year (she made noise, just more softly). Since then, she's been much more like this, much to my delight.
I don't like girls who talk too much during sex.
On the "down" side, my wife often wants to roleplay different situations, and there are only a limited number of situations you can play out without substantial preparation. I need more props...
